NOC FROM BUILDING MANAGEMENT
1-3 daysObtain No Objection Certificate from the building/mall owner for your proposed layout, MEP scope, and impact on common areas.
PREPARE DOCUMENTS & DRAWINGS
3-5 daysCompile architectural layouts, MEP designs, reflected ceiling plans, fire safety plans, material specs, trade license, tenancy contract (Ejari), and title deed.
SUBMIT TO AUTHORITIES

No. Legal fit-out work in Dubai cannot begin without proper authority approvals. Starting without permits can result in fines and work stoppage orders.
