Where is your joinery workshop?
Our 15,000 sqft factory is in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. It houses CNC machines, joinery benches, spray booth, upholstery section, metal workshop, and glass cutting — all under one roof.
What materials do you work with?
Solid wood (oak, walnut, teak, ash, maple), natural and reconstituted veneers, MDF, plywood, laminates (HPL, CPL), lacquer finishes, stone, metal trims (brass, steel, aluminium), and specialty materials on request.
What is the typical lead time for joinery production?
Standard cabinetry: 2-3 weeks. Complex custom joinery: 3-5 weeks. Hotel room packages: 4-6 weeks per batch. Lead time starts from approved shop drawings and material procurement.
Can you work from architect or designer drawings?
Yes. We regularly convert design intent drawings into production-ready shop drawings. We coordinate dimensions, tolerances, and site conditions to ensure what we build fits perfectly.
Do you provide hardware?
Yes. We source and supply all hardware — hinges (Blum, Hettich, Hafele), drawer slides, locks, handles, shelf supports, and specialty fittings. We recommend appropriate hardware based on application and usage requirements.
Can you produce matching pieces for existing joinery?
Yes. We can match existing veneer species, grain direction, lacquer colour, and hardware. We work from samples or photos to reproduce existing finishes as closely as possible.
