Timeline depends on store size and complexity. A 1,000-2,000 sqft fashion store typically takes 4-6 weeks from approved shop drawings. A 3,000-5,000 sqft flagship can take 6-8 weeks. Kiosks and smaller units: 2-3 weeks. The biggest variable is mall authority approval timing, which we manage proactively.
Can you handle fit-outs in operational malls during trading hours?
Most Dubai malls restrict fit-out works to after hours — typically 10 PM to 6 AM. We have extensive experience with night shift execution in Dubai Mall, MOE, Dubai Hills Mall, City Centre Deira, and other major centres. We coordinate delivery schedules, noise management, and security access as part of our standard process.
Do you manage the mall authority submission process?
Yes. We prepare all required drawings (architectural, MEP, fire safety) and submit directly to mall management. We handle the revision cycle, attend coordination meetings, and secure all approvals before mobilizing to site. This includes Emaar, Majid Al Futtaim, Nakheel, Al Ghurair, and other operators.
